Becky Olive-Taylor, associate director of academic advising and coordinator of tutorial services, is one of six co-authors of a forthcoming journal article.
“Correlating Hardiness with Graduation Persistence” will appear in the Fall issue of Academic Exchange Quarterly, due out later in November. The article presents the results of a 4-year longitudinal study; Elon was part of the database.
Other authors are Don Lifton, Ithaca College (lead author); Sandra Seay, East Carolina University; Nancy McCarly, Mississippi State University; Richard Seeger, Pacific Lutheran University; and Dalton Bigbee, Texas A&M University at Kingsville.
