Adamson has paper accepted for international conference

Sophie Adamson, assistant professor of French, has had a paper accepted for presentation at the 20th and 21st Century French and Francophone International Studies Colloquium, scheduled for March 2007 in College Station, Texas.

The paper comes out of Adamson’s scholarship on literary works by prominent francophone Moroccan author, Tahar Ben Jelloun, and issues he raises regarding uprootedeness, marginalization and notions of French national identity today.
