Rex Waters, associate dean of students and director of the Isabella Cannon Leadeship Fellows Program, and Angela Passarelli, director of the Center for Leadership, attended the International Leadership Association (ILA) conference Nov. 2-5 in Chicago. The theme of the conference was “Leadership at the Crossroads.”
Waters and Passarelli gave two presentations, titled “Crossing the Tracks by Looking Back: Learning from Reflection,” and “Institutional Milestones: Creating an Interdisciplinary Leadership Minor.”
