Elon head football coach Pete Lembo was featured speaker at the Student-Athlete Summer Institute, sponsored by the North Carolina High School Athletic Association. More than 50 student-athletes, counselors and teachers attended this year’s camp at Elon which focuses on sportsmanship, team building, hazing prevention, alcohol awareness and leadership development. Eleven North Carolina high schools, including some from Alamance County, were represented at the Institute.
