On July 11, Dave Powell presented a paper co-authored with Joel Hollingsworth at the 2007 International Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference in London. The title of the paper was “A NSGA-II, Web Enabled, Parallel Optimization Framework for NLP and MINLP.” This is an an international conference with over 650 attendees.
