Fibro Care is a new fibromyalgia support group for Alamance County and is sponsored by Healthy Alamance and the National Fibromyalgia Association. Fibro Care brings together those suffering with fibromyalgia to improve their quality of life through education and support. We plan to share stories, complimentary therapies for healing & wellness, promote understanding & hope, provide resource experts, group discussions with a focus on nutrition, exercise, and stress management for healthy living. Anyone interested is welcome to attend. The first meeting will be September 10th and will continue to meet on the second Monday of each month from 7:00pm-8:30pm at Elon University 216 N.
