On Tuesday, October 30, UNC-Chapel Hill Professor of American Literature, Dr. Richard D. Rust, will deliver the annual Sigma Tau Delta address on why Washington Irving is still relevant to readers of today.
The title of his talk is “Old Gold: Why Washington Iriving Still Matters.” The program will begin at 7:30 pm, following the annual Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society induction, and will be held in McKinnon Hall in Moseley Center at Elon University.
