POWER Less Energy Competition – Week 6

Students on campus have cut back their electricity use more in the past week than at any time to date in the 2008 POWER Less Energy Competition. The building results are positive for the first time as well. 

The Loy Center Area took over the lead in Week 5 for the first time and continues to hold this spot in Week 6. There is one more opportunity during the last week of competition (April 2 – April 8) for another Area to take over the lead.
 
The top building of the week is Danieley Center B at 60% reduction.

Energy-saving tip of the week:
Use plug-in night lights (photocell type) in bathroom in lieu of using overhead light as a night light.
