A new Student Bar Association Congress was officially sworn in on March 20, 2008. This group, which serves as the student government at the law school, is made up of four first year students and six second year students. The new members include Executive Council members Damon Duncan – President, Ted Johnson – Vice President, David Klein – Treasurer, Jennifer Fleeman – Secretary and Legislative Council members Jason Aycoth, Kyle Ostendorf, and Barnes Stephenson as 2L Class Representatives and Justin Enecks, Meghan Howard, and Dan Nash as 1L Class Representatives. This group will hold weekly meetings and hopes to serve the student body at the Elon University School of Law.
