Chicago radio station interviews Noer on effects of downsizing

David Noer, the Frank S.Holt Jr. Professor of Business Leadership at Elon, spoke with a FOX affiliate radio  station (WBIG 1280 AM) in Chicago on May 1, 2008, about the impact of downsizing on both employees and business leaders and strategies for personal and organizational revitalization.
