Bone marrow appeal for alumna Elizabeth White – May 18

Elizabeth White, a 2006 Elon graduate and currently a teacher at Our Lady of Good Counsel School in Vienna, Va., has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphona and needs a stem cell bone marrow transplant.

To help Elizabeth – and countless others who also need this life saving procedure – Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Vienna, Va., has organized a Bone Marrow Registration Drive. All they need is a cheek swab and you’ll be entered into the National Bone Marrow Registry.  The National Bone Marrow Registry has waived the normal $52 registration fee.

Please consider giving a small bit of your time to register – this is a gift that may well save a life: Elizabeth’s or someone equally deserving.

When:
May 18, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Where:
Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 8601 Wolftrap Road, Vienna, VA 22182. 703-896-7402
