Matthew Buckmaster, assistant professor of music and education, has had an article published in the International Trombone Association Journal. The article, “Teaching Strategies for Undergraduate Trombone Students: An Interview with John Drew,” appears in the July 2008 edition of the quarterly journal (volume 36, number 3). The research is taken from Buckmaster’s recently published book, Successful Teaching Strategies of American College Trombone Professors.
Buckmaster also serves as news editor for the International Journal.
