Lauren Kearns, assistant professor of dance and coordinator of the dance program, is premiering a new dance piece that will tour with the ’08-09 N.C. Dance Festival. The first performance is Thursday, Oct. 16, at 8 p.m. at the Aycock Auditorium, UNCG.
The tour continues to Boone, Raleigh, Charlotte and Wilmington. Adjunct faculty member Jen Guy dances in the piece, joined by Elon alumni Sara Dunham, Kristen Owens and current Elon senior Allie Lochary.
Amy Beasley, assistant professor of dance, is also premiering a new dance piece at the Greensboro show.
