As part of Campus Sustainability Day, The Office of Sustainability is sponsoring a live webcast – “Climate Realities, Challenges, and Progress in Higher Education” – on Wednesday, October 22, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in McMichael Science Center Rm 104.
The webcast will be moderated by Andrew Revkin, science reporter for The New York Times. The panelists are Richard Moss from the World Wildlife Fund-US, Anthony Cortese of Second Nature, and Jessy Tolkan from the Energy Action Coalition. The discussion will include the latest scientific information on climate change, as well as the efforts occurring on campuses to address climate change and sustainability.
