Donations will be collected Nov. 14 & 15 at the ISES Cancer Awareness Tip-Off in memory of former Elon women’s assistant basketball coach Ann Lashley. Coach Lashley lost a six-month battle with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma on Nov. 10, 2005.
The donations will benefit the Patricia Bynum Fund at ARMC. The Bynum Fund is used to assist cancer patients in financial need with basic expenses such as utility bills and groceries.
Donations can be brought to the Bynum Fund representative at the games either Friday or Saturday or sent to Faith Shearer in the Athletics Department, CB 2500.
