Amy Stringer, assistant professor in health and human performance, presented Jan. 5 at the annual convention for the National Association of Kinesiology and Physical Education in Higher Education in Sarasota, Fla.
Her session, “Student Teaching Abroad,” examined research on the topic and included her own experience with student teaching abroad as both a student and a university supervisor. Last spring Elon sent two students to the Marion Baker School in San Jose, Costa Rica, to complete their student teaching requirement.
