A team of Elon DPT faculty and students won a research award at the 2009 Combined Sections Meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Drs. Bill Andrews and Sue Chinworth along with Brad Kessler ’09, Tim McHugh ’09 and Elizabeth Storholt ’08 were recognized for their project, “Impact of Large Retail Establishments on Community Ambulation Distance Requirements.”
Their work was chosen from more than 60 poster presentations at the February conference in Las Vegas, Nev.
