Professor Rebecca Todd Peters presented the inaugural Bridgeway Lecture at Furman University on March 25 on the topic of “Ethics, Solidarity and the Challenge of Responsible Global Citizenship.” The Bridgeway Lecture series is a key component in the new Poverty Studies Concentration at Furman.
In addition to her public lecture, Peters will be teaching a poverty studies class on March 26 that has been studying her book, “In Search of the Good Life: The Ethics of Globalization”.
