Lynn Huber, Assistant Professor of Religious Studies, presented a paper titled “What a Drag: What Queer Performance and Critique Offers to the Study of the Bible and Popular Culture” at the Annual Meeting of the Society of Biblical Literature. The Annual Meeting, which attracts biblical scholars from around the world, took place Saturday, November 20 until Tuesday, November 23. Huber also participated in a panel reviewing two new books on the interpretation of the Book of Revelation.
