On Saturday, January 16, from 10 am to 12 pm, the admissions office of Elon University School of Law will host the YMCA of Greensboro's Black and Hispanic Achievers Program for a discussion of law school admissions, state government, the state judicial system, and opportunities in the legal profession.

Elon Law's Distinguished Practitioner in Residence, Karol K. Sparks, has completed the 2010 edition of the book Insurance Activities of Banks, offered each year with updates and supplements by Aspen Publishers since Sparks originally authored the book in 1998.
