Gary Palin appointed chair of International Entrepreneurship Interest Group

Gary Palin, executive director of the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and senior lecturer of entrepreneurship in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, has been appointed as chair of the International Entrepreneurship Interest Group of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship.

The USASBE International Entrepreneurship Interest Group provides a forum for the development of academic research, teaching and curricular advances, and best practices in outreach efforts related to International entrepreneurship.

International entrepreneurship is defined as the entire process of global or cross-border-based enterprise creation from ideation and invention through technology transfer and full commercialization. International entrepreneurship will include all products and services that are sourced, produced, manufactured, marketed and sold in more than one country in any industry. Members of the group are experienced university educators and researchers.
