How to Start a Solo/Small Practice in the 21st Century: A forum co-sponsored by the Greensboro Bar Association and Elon Law’s Office of Career Services – March 8

Starting a solo or small practice in the 21st century has some unique challenges and advantages to any other period in history. In this two-hour forum we hope to explore some of the common pitfalls and emerging opportunities of opening a solo or small practice. We will explore topics ranging from finding office space and the formation of a practice to obtaining clients once the practice has been formed. A strong emphasis will be placed on the professionalism guidelines in creating a successful practice.

This forum will focus on the practical skills necessary to successfully open and maintain a thriving law practice. It will take place in Room 207 at Elon University School of Law.
