New alumni can now download a customized news release announcing their graduation from Elon University as part of the Class of 2010.
Use the page accessible by clicking the link to the right to locate and print a news release announcing graduation or selection to the Dean’s or President’s List (the last two lists will be posted online in the near future for the spring 2010 semester). Enter a last name in the search field, then click “search.”
News releases are only available for students who completed their undergraduate studies as part of the class.
Click on your student’s name when it appears on the screen to access a PDF-format news release, which can be printed from any computer. Graduating students who also qualified for Dean’s or President’s List will appear twice; be certain to print both news releases for scrapbooks or files.
Feel free to use the space at the bottom of the news release to add other information, including other academic honors received, parents’ names, grandparents’ names, high school attended, college organizations and extracurricular activities, etc. The Office of University Relations encourages alumni or their parents to submit these news releases to local newspapers, which may choose to print the information.
If there is a mistake in a student’s news release, please contact Eric Townsend at etownsend4@elon.edu to update the information and have a corrected release posted to the site.
