DPT student accepted for MS Fellowship

Danielle Gilbert '08 and a current Elon DPT student has been awarded a fellowship through the Foundation of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers.

As part of her fellowship, Gilbert will spend time at the NYU Medical Center in New York City this November. While there, she will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of MS rehabilitation experts covering an interdisciplinary comprehensive care approach.

Of applicants from physical therapy and occupational therapy programs across North America, only 12 fellowships were awarded this year.
