William Robert "Bob" Guffey, former associate professor of business administration, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010, in Colfax, N.C.
Guffey joined Elon as a part-time faculty member for the 1987-88 academic year, then served on the full-time faculty of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business from 1992 to 2002.
Guffey is survived by his wife, Joyce, sons Michael and Trent, and three grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 7, at River Landing at Sandy Ridge Community Center (1575 John Knox Dr., Colfax, N.C).
