President Leo M. Lambert and senior staff members previewed the 2010-2011 academic year on Aug. 18 for university employees. In two separate meetings, administrators provided a summary of recent work and initiatives planned for the coming months.

Lynne Kurdziel Formato created the choreography for "All Shook Up," which opened Aug. 12 at Artpark, a professional theatre in Lewiston, N.Y.

Kevin O'Mara, a professor of management, was elected president-elect of the Academy of Business Education for 2010-11.

Elon University’s 40th Sports Hall of Fame class, which will be inducted at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 11, includes football player Lamar Adams, football player Whitney Bradham and men’s tennis player Robert Eskilsson.
