The Journal of Student Physical Therapy Research (JSPTR) recently published Volume 3, Issue #1. The current issue features five original student articles submitted from various institutions (Elon, University of South Carolina, The Sages College, and the University of Sciences in Philadelphia).
JSPTR is an open access, peer-reviewed on-line journal that encompasses all aspects of clinical and basic research studies related to physical therapy. JSPTR invites student authors to contribute manuscripts relevant to theory and practice of physical therapy.
Daniel Gilbert (B.S. in Exercise Science, ’09; DPT ’11) and Tiffancy Champion (DPT ’11) serve as co-student editors-in -chief for JSPTR and are advised by Randy Lasicki (DPT ’08) and Stephen Bailey (faculty editor-in-chief). Numerous students and faculty from accredited physical therapy education programs across the country participate in the peer review process.
