What: A discussion on the lack of minority faculty on Elon’s campus

A push for global engagement must first start at home. This program will explore the process of tenure and promotions and further explain how the lack of diversity in higher education may affect our student body. This discussion will feature panelist of Elon’s professional staff but will be open to the audience for further dialogue. Dr. Steven House, Provost and Vice President of Student Affairs, will be on the panel along with other faculty, staff and students.
