Hosts Cedric Pulliam and Pam Brumbaugh trained S.M.A.R.T. Mentors to conduct mock interviews of the first-year mentees to learn various interview etiquette techniques and practices.

The 30 student leaders and first-year students who attended praised the event. They said they felt enlightened on practical interview skills and the do’s and don’ts in preparation for an interview.

The Students Mentoring Rising Talent Mentoring Program is a mentoring program that aids first-year students in their transition into Elon University. The program is conducted by the Multicultural Center and is advised by Melissa Jordan.
