Please be advised of the following changes for the Group Exercise Schedule for January 25th – January 30th:

4:45pm – 5:45pm        Total Conditioning                   Room 6
5:30pm – 6:30pm        Yoga                                           Room 5
6:00pm – 7:00pm        HABIT                                         Room 6
 

For January 26th – January 30th, the following classes will be held:
Jan. 27th      12:30pm – 1:15pm           F/S Pilates                   Room 5
 

The Spring Class Schedule will begin on Monday, January 31st.
