ABC11 News: Wake schools debate goes before appeals court

From ABC11 News (2/24/11): Supporters of the old Wake County diversity policy took the school board back to court Wednesday in connection with the board's decision to end its socio-economic diversity policy.

They are hoping an appellate court will overturn a previous decision to throw out their lawsuit over North Carolina’s Open Meetings Law by restricting access to a March 2010 meeting, where the school board passed the resolution for community based schools.
