Group Exercise schedule for Friday, Feb. 25

Please be advised of the following adjustments for the Group Exercise schedule on Friday, February 25.

F/S Wellness Lifting at 12:30 p.m. in Room 6

Flow Yoga at 12:30 p.m. in Room 5

Gimme 60 at 3:30 p.m. in Room 5 (added to this week’s schedule)

F/S Cardio at 4:15 p.m. in Room 6

There will be no Friday Afternoon Special this week.
