Elon Law professor David Levine presented research about the negotiating process for the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement at Boston University School of Law's 2011 Works-in-Progress Intellectual Property Colloquium.

The colloquium, held February 11, included presentations from 48 law scholars on a wide range of current issues in intellectual property law.
Levine presented, “Transparency Soup: The ACTA Negotiating Process and ‘Black Box’ Lawmaking,” forthcoming in the American University International Law Journal.
