Matthew Buckmaster, assistant professor of music and education, presented at the Humanities Education and Research Association's annual conference in San Francisco, CA on March 3, 2011.
Buckmaster’s presentation, entitled Transformative Collaborations: One-on-One Undergraduate Educational Experiences, explored the connections and commonalities among undergraduate research mentoring, applied music lesson teaching, and supervising of student teachers in their educational internship.
