Omri Shimron , an assistant professor of music, received a last-minute invitation to participate in an 8-hand, two-piano recital at St. Petersburg College in Florida on Friday, April 8, a performance that included works by Purcell, Bach, Mozart, Dvorak, Schubert, Grainger and Sousa.
Shimron collaborated with Rebecca Penneys (Eastman School of Music), Nicola Melville (Carleton College) and John Milbauer (University of Arizona). This concert was part of St. Petersburg College’s Piano Concert Series.
