Fac/Staff Group Exercise Classes will resume their summer schedule August 8-19 as follows:

Monday:

  • Gentle Yoga and Stretching  12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. Room 6

Tuesday

  • Lifting with Liz  12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.  Room 6
  • Pilates  12:30 p.m. – 1:15p.m.  Room 5

Wednesday

  • Yoga  12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.  Room 6
  • ZUMBA  5:15 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.  Room 6

 Thursday

  • Lifting with Liz 12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.  Room 6
  • Pilates 12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.  Room 5
