Thomas Erdmann, professor of music, had three 6,000 word articles featured on the cover of the January/February 2012 issue of Saxophone Journal.
The articles are on Peabody Conservatory Professor of Music Gary Louie, Florida-based jazz saxophonist and the first woman ever to hold the Lead Alto Chair of the One O’Clock Jazz Band while a student at the University of North Texas Tamara Danielsson, and Los Angeles session and jazz saxophonist Greg Vail. With these articles Erdmann has now had more than 175 articles published in professional journals.
