February’s Leadership for Lunch topic is entitled “Boosting creativity in your organization.” This session is aimed to help students understand the power of creativity, its potential for creating change in an organization, and provide ideas on how to encourage creativity in organizations. Creativity has the capacity to energize organizations and help spark new ideas. The discussion is facilitated by Michelle Kusel, Assistant Director for the Center for Leadership.
