Director Thomas Erdmann and the orchestra open their ninth season continuing the cycle of Mozart symphonies with his lovely Symphony No. 7 in D Major. The orchestra also welcomes pianist Shuko Petty, a professor of music at Washington and Lee University, performing J.S. Bach’s Concerto in D Major (BWV 1054) and Elon faculty member Hallie Coppedge Hogan performing arias by Francesco Cavalli.
