Better Together, an interfaith organization, will be sponsoring an afternoon coffee and dialogue on Tuesday, Dec. 4. at 4:30 PM in the Ward Room (Octagon) with Rabbi Ben Packer, who runs a free hostel in the Old City of Jerusalem in Israel; providing young people the opportunity to work the land and learn about Israel’s history and culture.

At the request of its national association, Elon’s School of Communications celebrated the 100th anniversary of the founding of what today is the largest organization of journalism and mass communications faculty in the world.

Hundreds of students, faculty, staff and their families joined together Nov. 29 for an annual tradition that included songs and St. Nicholas.
