Lashendock, video archive technologist in Elon's Belk Library, presented two sessions during the annual Association of Higher Education Campus Television Administrators (AHECTA) conference on June 26, 2014 in Denver.
Lashendock described the significance of digitizing archival video and connecting users to unique content in her presentation, “One Woman Shop: Connecting Users to Archival Video Files.” In her second presentation, “DAYDREAMERS: Collaboration of Creating a Digital Asset Management System,” Lashendock co-presented with a faculty member from Clark Atlanta University on how to develop an innovative and economical digital asset management solution.
