The Promotions and Tenure Committee will host its fall information session on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 4:15 p.m. (location TBA).
During the information session, the Promotions and Tenure Committee will highlight the Faculty Handbook sections that establish the P&T decision process and evaluation criteria. The information session also will cover recommendations for creating your portfolio (both hard copy and electronic versions) and will include time for questions.
As in prior years, the committee will host a second information session in the spring (date TBD).
Other Promotions and Tenure Dates to Remember:
- Sept. 1: If eligible, deadline to submit notice of intent to apply for promotion to the Provost/VPAA.
- Sept. 15: If eligible, deadline to submit portfolio (both print and electronic versions) for tenure, continuance or promotion to to Provost’s Office.
