The second film in this year's Global Neighborhood Film Series will screen on Tuesday, October 21, at 7 p.m. in the LaRose Digital Theatre.
The second film of the Global Neighborhood Film Series is The World Before Her. This 2012 film, directed by Nisha Pahuja, tells the story of two young women who follow completely divergent paths in the new, modernizing India. One wants to become Miss India, and the other is a fierce Hindu Nationalist prepared to kill and die for her beliefs.
The film screening will take place on Tuesday, October 21, at 7 p.m. in The LaRose Digital Theater (Koury Business Center 101).
