Lee Lloyd is the Senior Strategic Advisor at J. Lee Lloyd, LLC, an independent advisory firm in Greensboro focusing on mergers & acquisitions, startups, and public-private partnership. Lloyd’s background is in investment banking, law, and accounting. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs and practiced law at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP.
Members of the Elon Law community, especially students and faculty, are encouraged to attend and hear Lloyd speak about the current climate for mergers & acquisitions, his career path, and his involvement in various civic projects through the Greensboro Partnership (Greensboro’s principal economic and community development organization).
