Inman Admissions Welcome Center dedication set for Friday, May 1, at 5 p.m.

All members of the campus community are invited to celebrate the new headquarters for admissions and campus visits in a special dedication event.

Elon University will formally dedicate the Inman Admissions Welcome Center at 5 p.m., Friday, May 1. The dedication will be held at the south entrance of the building. In the event of rain, the dedication will be held in the Clohan Theatre on the first floor. Faculty, staff, students, and other guests are invited to enjoy refreshments and tour the Inman Admissions Welcome Center following the dedication.

The Inman Admissions Welcome Center is an important part of Elon’s recruiting and campus visit program and houses the offices of undergraduate and graduate admissions and financial planning. The Center is now the arrival point for more than 12,000 prospective students and their families who visit Elon’s campus each year. The facility is named for Elon Trustee William Inman and his wife, Patricia, who are among the university’s most generous benefactors and the parents of Jackie Inman Burns, a 2000 Elon graduate.
