The program, "A Business Court Primer", is open to all NCADA members and eligible non-members and will provide 3 to 4 hours of CLE credit.
The NCADA’s Young Lawyers Committee will host a CLE entitled “A Business Court Primer” which will cover the differences between the business court and superior court, recent legislative changes, e-discovery, a view from the bench, and a tour of the Business Court.
