Yeager presented on assessing students needs in research classes at the 11th Annual Metrolina Library Association Conference on June 9, 2016.
By analyzing assessments completed by students in my research classes, I discovered that students need to participate in learning the value of different databases in order to encourage them to use more appropriate resources. Using assessments from previous classes allowed me to tailor my instruction to meet my current students’ specific needs.
