Brandon Shore ’08 continues to climb the ranks of the Miami Dolphins’ administration 

As he enters his seventh season with the club, the Elon alumnus has been promoted to senior director of football administration

Elon University alumnus Brandon Shore ’08 has been promoted to senior director of football administration with the Miami Dolphins. 

In his seven seasons with the club, Shore has served in a variety of roles as he climbed his way through the ranks of the administration. According to the Dolphins’ announcement, Shore serves as the team’s lead negotiator for player contracts and is responsible managing the salary cap, day-to-day football administration matters, football operations budgets, club compliance with the NFL’s Collective Bargaining Agreement and as the organization’s liaison on labor relations and league matters. Prior to this appointment, he served as the clubs senior director of human resources.

Shore was born and raised in South Florida, and received his degree in accounting and business management from Elon in 2008. He went on to graduate from the University of Miami School of Law with a specialty in corporate law, and began working with the Dolphins as a staff assistant in 2010.

As a student, Shore was an team leader of the intramural program on campus. He is now a member at large on Elon’s Young Alumni Council, an organization dedicated to strengthening the connections between young alumni and the university.

He lives in Cooper City, Fla., with his wife, Alison, and their two dogs, Cooper and Lily.
