The City of Greensboro's Operation Bed Roll, in which Elon Law students are assisting, removes plastic bags from the waste stream and transforms them into bed rolls for the homeless.

The School of Health Sciences hosted an interprofessional education session on Wednesday, Nov. 30, that included students from the Elon Physician Assistant Program, the Elon Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and the Alamance Community College Nursing Program.  

May Memorial Library is seeking volunteers to help immigrants with computer skills on Monday nights in January from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

Alamance County Libraries Holiday Magic Event in Need of Volunteers on Dec. 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Alamance County Libraries will be hosting Eastlawn Literacy Night  at the Front St. Methodist Church on Dec. 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is in need of 10-15 volunteers.
