Triangle Alumni Chapter participates in Walk to Defeat ALS

On April 20, Elon alumni came together at the Raleigh event to raise money for the fight against ALS.

On April 20, the Triangle alumni chapter gathered a group of Elon alumni, families and friends to participate in the Walk to Defeat ALS in Raleigh, N.C. Through the ALS Association, the funds raised by the participants will go towards three crucial areas in the treatment of ALS: care services, research, and advocacy.

This marked the 8th year that the Triangle alumni chapter has participated in the fundraising event. This year, the Elon group raised $375 for the ALS Association, contributing to the $327,283 raised throughout the entirety of the event.

The Office of Alumni Engagement and the Triangle Alumni Chapter offers a sincere thanks and appreciation for those who participated in this special event.
